Services

1 Day Contractor provides home repair, renovation, and home improvement services to residential homeowners in Northeast Ohio. Our service area covers Tallmadge and communities within approximately 25 miles. Specific services, scope, and pricing are determined on a per-project basis through written estimates.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided in writing, itemized, and signed by both parties before work begins.
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• The price on your signed estimate is the price you pay. Costs do not change unless the scope of work changes, and any scope change requires your written approval before additional work begins.
• Estimates provided through this website or over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in the written estimate after an in-person assessment.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate and agreed upon before work starts.
• Most projects require no money down. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in the estimate.
• For larger projects, a payment schedule may be outlined in the estimate with progress-based milestones.

Warranty

All work performed by 1 Day Contractor is backed by a three-year written warranty. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and is transferable if you sell your home during the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

1 Day Contractor is liable only for the scope of work defined in the signed written estimate. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered during the project (which will be communicated to you immediately for approval before proceeding), or issues caused by work performed by others.
